Located in a peaceful neighborhood, perfect for a romantic getaway. the luxurious room featured traditional Japanese tatami and an outdoor hot bath for added relaxation. the quality of the service provided by the staff was excellent, they were always available to recommend the best local attractions and restaurants to visit.
The hotel is located a bit far from the main train station which made it difficult to find at first. there were not many dining options in the nearby area and the hotel's restaurant prices were quite high.

Spent my Christmas at a beautiful ryokan in the serene surroundings of Japanese Alps. Dazzling tatami rooms, blissful indoor and outdoor onsens, and a friendly and courteous staff made our stay delightful. The highlight of the experience was the authentic Japanese cuisine, which was worth every penny. The ryokan's efficient and eco-friendly approach towards laundry and waste management was a subtle but admirable trait. the shuttle service to the quaint city center was convenient, saving us the hassle of searching for public transportation.
The ryokan was slightly isolated, and the taxi service was expensive. The language barrier sometimes caused confusion, especially while ordering meals.
